Featured Organization: Big Wildlife

Big Wildlife is unique among wildlife advocacy organizations in that they work to defend animals as individuals, not conserve them as species. Their main focus is on large carnivorous and omnivorous animals such as cougars, bears, coyotes, and wolves in North America.

The Test of Animal-Friendliness To Be Replaced By The Survey of Animal-Friendliness

The Test of Animal-Friendliness for Nonprofit Organizations will be replaced with The Survey of Animal-Friendliness when it is complete. Unlike The Test, all organizations that complete and submit The Survey to Kind Choices will have their responses listed on GiveFriendly.com.

Take The Survey, What Does "Animal-Friendly" Mean To You?

Please take Kind Choices' survey What Does "Animal-Friendly" Mean To You?. If you represent a nonprofit organization, please take The Feedback Survey on the Test of Animal-Friendliness for Nonprofit Organizations. Links to both of these surveys can be found here.

The Origins and Future of the Animal-Friendly Giving Guide

I came up with the idea for the Animal-Friendly Giving Guide because I had the goal of allowing users to list their own veg-a-thons on veg-a-thon.com, but didn't want to let them list veg-a-thons supporting organizations with positions, policies or practices that were especially harmful to animals.
